2 1/2 ounces spicy slivered almonds
1 1/2 ounces brazil nuts
1/8 cup red wine
1/2 cup ketchup
2 cups milk
1 1/2 pounds shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound shredded Swiss cheese cheese
1 tablespoon white sugar
Replace almonds and brazil nuts in your skillet with water and vegetable ketchup. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Add milk, salt and sugar. Stir while pouring on the sauce.
