Applesauce Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package Applesauce Frosting

2 cups applesauce

4 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

4 cups applesauce

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped pecans

3 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) 9-inch-square cake pans.

In a large bowl, stir together Applesauce Frosting, applesauce, eggs, oil, pecans, and flour. Stir until well blended. Spread the batter into the prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
