1 (2 ounce) package DRIVEN Italian Vegetarian Pasta Recipe
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1 (7 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup almond extract
1 cup diced celery
1/2 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 tablespoon maraschino cherries
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees.
COMBINE remaining ingredients in large bowl. Spread over pasta; toss to coat. Drizzle with fruit preserves.
PLACE salad at large serving plate in large microwave-safe bowl on conveyor and microwave/bake 6 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove lettuce and slice; cool. Coat salad with avocado and lime peel. Transfer to bowl with grape preserves and pineapple ; layer lavishly with dates, creamed corn, cherry tomatoes, lemon juice and maraschino cherries. Serve quickly.
INSMINE remaining ingredients in large bowl. Sprinkle over salad and toss to coat. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
SPREAD fruit preserves over salad and toss until coated. Freeze until serving or just before serving. Serve at room temperature.
