2 teaspoons halved strawberries with stems and seeds
2 teaspoons orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup raspberry preserves
1/2 cup Unsweetened gelatin
1/2 cup milk
2 cups whipped cream
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 (16 ounce) package cherry flavored Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
In a mixing bowl, mix strawberries, lemon juice, raspberry preserves, gelatin, milk, whipped cream, lemon zest, and boiling water. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch pan, and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour, covered. Prepare jelly or whipped cream according to package directions.
Remove fruit from refrigerator, peel, and slice. Jam any remaining fruit in food processor or blender; discard. Store fruit in refrigerator, covered, in a glass dish or glass container.
