2 eggs
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (9 inch) round pans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs together and sugar. Stir in 1/2 cup butter. Mix in 2 cups brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in pecans, milk, granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in apple cider vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Mix evenly. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely in pan. Cut into squares.
