3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter, chilled and diced
6 slices German sausage
6 slices Swiss cheese
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken for 10 minutes, stirring often, until browned. Remove chicken from oil and paper towels to drain. Stir in salt and pepper and coat thoroughly.
Place chicken in skillet and toast until golden. Remove chicken from skillet and season with salt and pepper. Fry in oil until golden on both sides. Drain, wrap and cook on one side. Flip chicken and place in warm oil.
In a mixing bowl, blend sausage, cheese, and remaining 3 tablespoons of oil in skillet. Fry, stirring, until sausage is evenly coated. Drain grease and add chicken. Remove chicken from skillet and place on warm plate.
Chop up sauce, adding additional water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency.
