1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
3 egg whites
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup mightonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package powdered sugar free lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup milk
1 pint white chocolate chips
6 orange slices
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch pastry dish.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until fluffy. Mix in sugar, then stir in vanilla extract.
Spread 1/4 cup of the whipped topping into the bottom of the pastry bowl. Pour egg mixture over whipped topping and spread remaining whipped topping over whipped topping. Arrange orange slices over the crust. Dust with yellow sugar. Spread remaining whipped topping on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Turn off oven and let stand 10 minutes. Cool slightly on a rack. Cut into squares.
