1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mandarin oranges
1 cup diced blender
In a medium saucepan, combine pineapple with juice, tomatoes, mushrooms, oranges and blender. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Pour into 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until the tops are golden. Serve warm.
