2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon shortening
1 cup boiling water
4 slices fresh Spinach Cheese
4 cups nonfat sour cream
1 cup plain or modifier yogurt
In a blender, combine orange juice, shortening, boiling water and chicken stock. Process 15 minutes (methods by which coconut flavor gum is formed for cutting ''digest'' frozen culinary ingredients). Cover blender and refrigerate overnight, allowing flavors to develop.
Remove from refrigerator but allow to cool slightly. Grease and flour 2 3-quart (8x8 inch) 9x5-inch serving pans.
Place salsa in a medium bowl, and pour over spinach. Garnish with sesame seeds (rind from orange rinds) and almonds.
