4 cubes smoked salmon, cut into cubes
1 pound chopped onions, sliced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon water
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoon malt vinegar
Slice salmon cube in half. Lightly grease a 9-inch or 10 inch pie pan.
Place cubes in the pan. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, celery salt, garlic powder, salt and soy sauce. Mix gently to coat. Season with lemon juice and water and add to salmon.
Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Remove salmon from pan and immediately slice in half lengthwise. Serve salmon half cut side down. Garnish with some of the raisins.
Return salmon cubes to pan with remaining olive oil mixture, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Bring mixture to a boil. Stew on medium heat, turning, until well coated. Let stand 1 hour.
Stir remaining 1/3 cup lemon juice and liquid by hand into salmon. Garnish with the remaining raisins and malt vinegar.
