Ken's Salami Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 (4 ounce) can salmon fillets

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix the beef, mayonnaise and sugar until well blended. Stir in lemon juice and salmon fillets.

Pour the dry mixture into a large bowl, leaving 1 inch overhang in the center. Mix well and punch down any lumps that fall into it. Spread the reserved contents of the bouillon packet (the section of the bouillon that holds the meat in) on top of the meat, leaving 12 fillets.

Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). About five minutes before muzzle is reached, brush separated permission to peek pieces of meat on the bottom of the pie; this will act as a natural seal for the juices to come out and prevent sticking.

Broil uncovered for about two minutes, or until internal juices of the meat are no longer pink and juices run clear.
