2 eggs
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (3 ounce) can tomato paste
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 pound ground chicken, quartered
81 (8 inch) flour tortillas
Place eggs, refried beans, tomato paste, milk and oil in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil, stirring, for 8 to 10 minutes or until eggs are dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in chicken, flour tortillas and 3 tablespoons salsa. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bring to a gradual boil over medium heat. Stir in the cooked eggs and salsa. Allow to heat through.
Top each of a freshly graced half cup of warmed flour tortillas with 1 egg, 1/2 cup tomato paste, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 1/2 cup taco seasoning. Continue heating continuously until cheese is completely melted, 30 minutes.
