2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (1 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
4 cups water
1 (7 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup water
4 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, lemon flavored gelatin, water, mushrooms and rosemary.
Fold mixture into a 1 quart jar with lid. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon flavored gelatin and water until smooth. Mix gelatin mixture into the water until well blended. Mix in mushrooms, water and rosemary. Refrigerate until ready to use.
