1 uncooked white rice
1 (28 ounce) can lentil beans, undrained
1 (3 ounce) package Italian-style dressing
4 slices Italian cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place rice in medium saucepan with water to cover. Place over medium-high heat. Cook and stir until almost al dente; lower heat. Cover stovetop and toss with lentil bean mixture. Remove from heat.
Dissolve evenly with 2 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet on high heat; add lettuce and Italian cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through (do not allow to boil). Serve with served dish.
