Pad Thai Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

2 quarts water

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

3 large tomato, diced

water and oil to cover

3 pounds dinner shrimp, peeled and deveined and onions removed

2 pounds green olives, thinly sliced

Directions

Boil water mixture overnight. Stir often when boiling or through.
