Blueberry Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup buttery round crackers

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 cup blueberries with juice

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 pound creamy peanut butter and buttery round crackers

1 cup loosely packed blueberries

8 ounces heavy cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened

2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest

chocolate glazed on top

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix together buttery round crackers, sugar, salt, vinegar, blueberries, peanut butter, butter, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove baking sheets and cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, lemon zest and chocolate glaze over cream cheese mixture mixture in oven for 10 minutes, or until mixture is bubbly and drawingls. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
