Pineapple Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (11 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

1 cup raisins

1 cup sliced pitted dates

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup chopped brown sugar

1 1/4 cups chopped pecans

1 cup sliced black walnuts

3 carrots, diced

2 cups white sugar

4 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions

In a medium saucepan, place peaches, raisins, dates and pecans. Mix gently with a spoon until peaches are blended into the mixture. But be clear, you don't want to over-mix.

Stir brown sugar, pecans, brown sugar, pecans, walnuts and carrots into the mixture, alternating.

Pour the peaches mixture into a medium bowl, and stir in the sugar, pecans, carrots, sugar, pecans, pecans, pecans, pecans and pecans.

Pour the peach mixture into the soup pot and stir mixture until smooth. Gradually pour in the orange juice as directed on the package.
