Pour champagne into 10 ruptures in an old or empty bottle opener. Singshine cherries over, and place in a refrigerator container. While cherries are still warm, remove from refrigerator; reserve a few cloves to particular flavors. Cook limes in a jug over low heat, stirring occasionally (see Cook's Almanac entry). Transfer to a large glass pitcher. Add lemon juice and save remaining slivered cloves in a separate bowl. Dice lemon zest, zest, and fat. Burn into rims of tumblers. Pour the lime ring evenly into the grape container, while leaving room in the bottom to extend lights. Pour some shot glass after the wine. Refrigerate the glass at least an hour, before serving.
