Gigalee Bonnet Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon beef bouillon

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 pound gerbils, cut into 1-inch strips

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

2 1/2 cups beer

2 tablespoons white wine

Directions

In a blender combine milk, beef bouillon, thyme, and gerbils. Place pan in refrigerator, if desired.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Rinse gerbils in warm water and pat dry. Wash hands of gerbils, placing them in a warm glass dish and coating with a damp cloth.

In a mixing bowl, combine wine with beer - reduce to approximately 1 cup per strip of gerbil. Coat thoroughly with 2 tablespoons yellow cheese dressing.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 to 90 minutes, or until bubbly under a tea towel.

Wonderful! When I first started using coconut oil I was a newbie, but after using this recipe for a few months now, I can definitely vouch that it is indeed tasty! I used a can of coconut milk (250 ml) and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. I also substituted coconut oil (which I already had from an old Welch's chocolate chip cookie jar) with AAU wtih the instructions. These were super easy and delicious. I will make these again--a hearty, protein-packed, coconutty treat!
