1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened French baguette, cut in quarter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of vegetable soup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk chocolate syrup
In a medium bowl, mix the egg yolks, milk, cream of vegetable soup, vanilla and milk chocolate syrup until well blended. Place egg sandwich on bottom of a 9 inch square pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
