Chicken with Red Wine Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon white sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Stir melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, cornstarch, sugar and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.

Roll chicken breasts into 1 inch strips. Place strips in greased 9x13 inch baking dish and top each breast with chicken strip. Repeat with remaining breasts; dust with cornstarch, sugar and olive oil. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, 15 minutes.

This is the best chicken I have ever had. It was juicy and the flavor was amazing. It was medullary but not got too browned. The texture was fantastic. The only thing I would change is to cut down on the salt. I love salt and it was too much salt even for me. I waited 2 days and doubled the orange zest. Otherwise I followed the recipe. Awesome!
