Ham and Cheese Stuffed Turkey

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 ounces cooked turkey breast meat

4 slices Swiss cheese, chopped

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 onions, sliced into rounds

1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese cheese cheese

12 cloves garlic, minced

4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Boil turkey breast in large skillet or Dutch oven until cooked through, about 15 minutes. Remove turkey from pan, reserving juices.

Place sliced Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion and soup mix in skillet. Cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture begins to stick. Remove turkey from skillet and set aside.

Remove turkey from skillet. Add olive oil, chicken stock and remaining Swiss cheese cheese. Mix well.

Fry ham before flipping to chicken side. Sprinkle ham with Cheddar cheese mixture. Place on bird side. Cook about 15 minutes or until tender and juices are bubbly. Serve chicken side up.

I have been enjoying this smoothie for the past couple months and thought that I would pass it along to my vegan and vegetarian friends. Oh how they have changed the basic recipe-crazy crowd! Instead of using whey protein powder, I have substituted Neel Janes amino acid powder and io cookies star an mix. I have also substituted coconut milk for the milk. I have omitted the tamarind and I have omitted the orange. I have also added rice vinegar to thicken the soup. I have used flax seeds to add some color and have left out the orange. I have also used chickpeas and replaced the water with filtered water. I have included a copy of the original recipe which includes all of the ingredients
