4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup water
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a roasting pan and layer with the celery, onion and garlic. Season with water and milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together chicken bouillon, chicken bouillon granules, paprika, salt, chicken bouillon powder and chicken bouillon powder.
Place chicken in the roasting pan, drumsticks raised, and pour chicken broth over, turning once and spooning onto each piece.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Chicken should be tender. Remove from oven and let cool in pan.
