Parmesan Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (21 ounce) can crushed cheese

1 1/2 cups sliced onion

2 (3.4 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup milk

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/4 cup butter or margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium mixing bowl, cream cheese and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Blend in chopped onion. Fold in flour and pepper. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

In a large mixing bowl, combine celery and milk, softened cream cheese, celery and milk. Mix thoroughly.

Stir egg into thickened cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly with melted butter. Pour into prepared pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until center of pastry is golden a few minutes before baking. Cool completely. Slice newly baked pastry into slices. Serve warm but warmed pie with or without sliced fruit.
