4 ounces dry white wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Whisk together 2/3 cup water and 1/4 cup soy sauce in a small bowl. Place beef in this sauce and coat well. Remove from marinade, reserving 1/2 cup marinade. Place on a medium skillet and cook over medium heat until evenly brown; drain and discard marinade.
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, garlic, salt, pepper and remaining marinade. Mix well. Stir this into the wine/seafilter mix to coat thoroughly. Pour over beef and top with crab and shrimp. Heat through and serve.
