1/2 cup butter, softened
1 pound cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup sliced pecans
1 tablespoon chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat butter and cream cheese in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir egg, vanilla extract, celery and pecans into butter mixture. Mix together.
Spread into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish. Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until crust is golden brown. Cool and serve warm.
