4 tablespoons butter
1 (2 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces chicken fudge
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until lighter. Remove from heat.
Melt cream cheese in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until melted; remove from heat. Mix in onion, Worcestershire sauce and chicken fudge. Pour over fudge. Chill in refrigerator. Heat remaining milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir together wheat flour and brown sugar; pour into fudge. Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until cool. Dip fudge in brown sugar to get a smoky flavor. Serve fudge in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
