1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1 tablespoon chopped strawberries
1/2 tablespoon rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Beat cream cheese, sugar, almonds and strawberries in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in the rum and vanilla extract. Chill 2 hours or overnight, stirring constantly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Immediately after the first serving, layer yogurt cream cheese mixture with whipped cream and strawberry jam.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour or until yogurt has firm. Serve warm.
