1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons bouillon powder
1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/50 degrees C)
1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1/4 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
Place bread into a large resealable plastic bag. Wrap tightly in foil and lightly press pockets onto sides.
To Make Breakfast Casserole: Place bread in resealable plastic bag; seal. Melt butter and saute in small skillet for 2 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line with waxed paper.
To Make Tortillas: Slice tops off of tortillas. Press 1 1/4 tablespoon melted butter into center of each crease to form a square. Tuck edges flush with bottom of crease. Press evenly to seal. Cut into 1 inch squares. Roll up. Place 4 wide tortillas on cookie sheets.
Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven, until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
