1/2 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups sliced fresh pineapple
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups cooked white rice
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the butter, flour, pineapple, onion, rice, egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes. Remove foil, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
