Taco Bell Sweet Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 8 ounce package ORTEGA Taco Shells

1 (8 ounce) container salsa

2 cups salsa

1 cup chopped green onions

2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

HEAT oven to 375 degrees F.

MELT butter or margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sweet potatoes, stirring. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in oil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Spread salsa in center of 2-quart casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with taco sauce.

BAKE or SERVE at 375 degrees F.
