1 (10 ounce) package chopped tomatoes, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can taco seasoning mix
1 (10 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes
1 cup bell peppers, seeded and diced
1 cup halved blue cheese
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup sliced almonds
1 (3 ounce) can diced green olives, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Place tomatoes on plate or lettuce. Top tomato with cut greens, tomato slices, cheese, mushrooms, cheese slices and olives. Top with chives. Brush with olive oil. Serve with salsa and or salsa verde.
Pour sour cream into bowl; blend well. Sprinkle with chopped tomato slices. Season with chives, salt, parsley and olives. Top with cheese slices. Chill until serving.
