1 pound bacon
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (2.7 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 cup bread crumbs
4 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
4 slices Swiss cheese, diced
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 serving (4 ounces) of hamburger brie cheese, cubed
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove bacon from skillet, and drain on paper towels. Drain fat.
Place mushrooms in a large bowl. Mix soup and onion into skillet. Slowly saute over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add bread crumbs, tomato sauce, cheese, eggs, saute until thickened. Stir in salt and pepper. Serve hot.
