2 egg whites
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 (11 ounce) can whole cloves, unsalted
1 cup halved fresh Norwegian walnuts
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Boil eggs in a small saucepan for about 3 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved. Remove from heat. Stir lemon juice and mushrooms into hot mixture and let cool to room temperature. Mix in dill weed, whole cloves, walnuts, cheese and onion.
Place pizza rolls on platter and spread mixture evenly.
