1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped black olives
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
120 dry-roasted tomato slices
1 cup shredded Italian cheese
1 (28 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 large zucchini, cubed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, garlic powder, onion, black olives, garlic and crushed tomato slices.
Spread mixture over the surface of the prepared baking dish. Then layer with Italian cheese, corn and zucchini.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Drain and let cool on rack of refrigerator.
