Coconut Cream Pie VI Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

3 cups shredded coconut

4 cups milk

2 cups whipped cream

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cream together cream cheese and softened butter. Beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth; stir in brown sugar. Stir in eggs, coconut milk, brown sugar mixture, coconut milk mixture and whipped cream. Mix together peanut butter and brown sugar mixture.

Fold 1/2 cup whipped cream into pie crust. Spread 1/2 cup coconut cream mixture over whipped cream filling in pie crust. Top with 1/4 teaspoon pecans and nuts.

Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until top is golden brown. Cool before serving.
