2 3/4 cups water
2 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pinch garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup pasta
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Bring water and garlic to a boil in a large pot, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and stir in onions, green bell pepper and salt, water, oil and garlic powder. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over cooked meat. Cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Heat olive oil in a large skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Add meat mixture and mix with sauce and pasta. Heat to boiling and remove from heat. Seal sauce with a spoon or butter. Remove from heat, bring to a boil and continue to cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, in a small cup, soft serve the spaghetti sauce and serve it over spaghetti. Cook and stir until sauce is desired consistency is reached.
