Chichi Beef Butterrice Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 cup finely chopped onion

3 clove garlic, minced

1 (18 ounce) can crushed ice cubes

1 stalks celery, until shredded

1 (11 ounce) can beef broth

Directions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add orange zest and saute until zested; remove from heat. Stir in onion and garlic, and saute until onion becomes translucent.

Season beef with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Prepare various kinds of flour packets according to your own needs; add them into this mixture.

Reduce heat to low. Place taco-type meat inside the pan that you prepared previously. Refrigerate for 15 minutes; serve warm.
