3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons green pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, green pepper, rosemary, thyme, paprika, onion and garlic. Mix well. Refrigerate for 24 hours or overnight.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and add 5 minutes of cooking time. Add salt, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, chicken, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well and continue stirring for 5 minutes.
