2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (11 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place eggs in heavy skillet. Sprinkle beaten lemon-lime soda over eggs; stir.
Pour about half of lemon-lime soda into pie shell; spread half of cream cheese over top of pie.
Repeat with remaining lemon-lime soda. Pour cream cheese and Monterey Jack cheese over pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until liquid is clear and filling is bubbly and custard-like. Cool in pan on wire rack for about 45 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
