Ingredients

1 pound thinly sliced carrots

3 cloves garlic, minced

7 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

In a large bowl, toss carrots, celery, garlic and onions together with lemon-lime soda. Let stand until flesh is melty, about 10 minutes.
