Caramel Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 12 fluid ounce can evaporated milk

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese

1 egg

1 cup white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons lowfat evaporated milk

4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

1 1/2 cups caramel-colored marshmallows

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix the evaporated milk, cream cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla, lowfat milk, marshmallows and caramel colored marshmallows. Spread mixture onto a large ungreased 2-quart baking dish. Drizzle with melted chocolate chips.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until lightly browned and set. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate syrup over top of pan. Chill the center and allow chocolate to set.
