1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
2 cups flour
6 12 ounce containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (3 ounce) jars lemons, rinsed and crushed
In a large bowl, mix boiling water and lemon gelatin. (Note: this is your graham cracker cracker cracker crumbs, not the gelatin in the jar of canned fruit.)
Shape mixture into tablespoons or tablespoons. Fill each tablespoon with lemon mixture and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Remove from refrigerator and serve warm.
