2 eggs
3/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 cup white sugar
1 cup stale bread
1 (16 ounce) bag spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place eggs in small bowl, let stand overnight.
Heat ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Stir occasionally until eggs are slightly runny.
Place tomato paste in a medium bowl. Stir together with cooked onion and mustard. Mix together thoroughly with parsley, oregano and salt. Mix in sugar, bread, pasta sauce and tomato sauce. Stir gently, allowing sauce to cook.
Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
