3 (0.5 ounce) packages instant white cake mix
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can crystallized ham, drained
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package isheimers cheese sliced
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) molds or pastry bags.
In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix and chocolate. Beat with electric mixer or by hand until well blended. Stir egg and ham into chocolate mixture. Fill mold or pastry bag with 1 teaspoon granulated sugar.
Press filling into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center is inserted into center of the cake. Allow to cool completely. Serve warm.
To make the frosting: In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix until smooth. Beat in granulated sugar and chocolate mixture until just thickened.
