2 (18 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 ounces diced pepper jack cheese
Mix together the cream cheese, olive oil, eggs, Italian seasoning and salt, form into a roll. Place roll in an 8x8 inch pan. Chill until serving.
