1 cup ketchup
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium saucepan, dissolve the ketchup, vinegar, orange juice, basil, garlic powder, chicken bouillon, parsley, oregano, basil, rosemary, sage and salt in a small glass or plastic bowl. Mix together and pour into saucepan. Cover and simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Heat grill for 15 minutes and lightly oil grate. Grill bonbons about 10 minutes per side, turning once, to about 1/8 inch thick.
