David Line's Taiyo Spinach Appeto Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package lunch pack

1 (4.5 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups basil, crushed

1 cup milk

1 6 ounce can cherry tomatoes, finely chopped

1 small lemon, juiced

Directions

In a food processor or blender, process spinach until smooth. Transfer spinach to a medium bowl and cover the spinach with milk. Concentrate the spinach squeeze the milk over the most moisture and use a spatula to smooth the spinach. Set aside, and blend together mozzarella, basil and 1 cup of milk. Pour over spinach and pour in milk and tomatoes. Stir just to incorporate. Stir in the pepper and shredded cheese. Season with lemon juice.

I changed the proportions on the peppers and threw a bunch of garlic powder in there too. Good idea.
