1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can dry fruit cocktail
1 (16 ounce) can diced peaches, drained
1 (20 ounce) can fruit preserves
1 tablespoon lemon zest
In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, coconut, chopped walnuts and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Stir in the fruit cocktail, fruit preserves, fruit preserves, lemon zest and sliced pineapple. Serve immediately.
