1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pumpkin and saute for about 10 minutes. Remove pumpkin from skillet; drain.
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, paprika and onion powder. Pour mixture over pumpkin and toss to coat. Serve warm.
